A lifeline for mums who feel like they’re barely holding it together.

The Survival Circle

Feel like you’re just one tantrum or bad night’s sleep from breaking point? You’re not alone.

I know, because I’ve been there too. The Survival Circle is a lifeline for exhausted mums who are hanging by a thread.

If you're feeling isolated, overwhelmed and like nobody truly gets how hard this is, this is where you come to breathe, speak, and find your footing again.

No judgment. No advice. Just a warm, welcoming space with real talk, real relief, and simple practices you can actually manage, even with a baby glued to your hip.

You’re not broken. You’re not failing. But you are doing one of the hardest jobs in the world.

The Survival Circle is a place where you’ll be held by a qualified space holder (me!) - so you can share the things you might not be able to say to anyone else. The things that circle on repeat in your head at 4am.

You’ll be heard and understood by other women who get it and you’ll leave feeling like you’re swimming strongly instead of drowning.

“The space created is very rare and precious. The topics were exactly what I needed to talk about as a new (second time) mom and felt easy and comfortable to share with all the woman present. It was my first experience and I would redo it again and again!”

-Gabi

Becoming a first-time mum has been a huge privilege but I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been challenging as f*ck. Like many pregnant women, I devoured podcasts and books, yet none truly prepared me for what it actually felt like. The contradictions, the changes, the simultaneous fulfilment and loss.

These circles have been created from a want and need to connect and share from an authentic place with people who ‘get it’. Without judgement and without shame.

I am not perfect - my partner can attest to that! but I a offering real tools and a calm hand to those who are drowning, exactly as I wish someone had done and would do for me when I needed it most.

The work we do as mums is so big and so important, and you deserve to feel supported. I can’t wait to welcome you in.

Hey Lovely, I’m Nat.
