Motherhood is…a lot

So how about a space where you can be real about all of it?

What would you say if you knew you wouldn’t be judged, given “well-meant” advice, and would be 100% supported?

That’s what It’s A Lot is for.

Welcome to a low-key space for mums who are seeking connection as they land in this new place called ‘Motherhood.’ Whether you’re feeling shaky having brought your new baby home, in the trenches of toddlerhood or just need a place to share to joys of being a mama with people who get it - this is your new support network. The best part? It’s all via voice notes.

No Zoom calls to attend, no parking spaces to find or last-minute poop explosions before you leave the house to deal with.

Enjoy 1 month for free - and just 5€ per month after that

  • Each week, I’ll send a short voice note with a check-in or reflection prompt via WhatsApp

  • You’ll be invited to share back via voice note (or text if that’s not possible)

  • We’ll follow Listening Partnership principles, so everyone gets up to 10 minutes to share. No judgment, no advice. (For context: I always share too - this is a space for all of us, not just something I lead.)

  • Different threads to keep things clear and calm:
    - Weekly shares thread
    - A space for when you DO want support or tips
    - Free talk for anything else

What do you get?

Real Talk

There’s no pressure to be ‘fine’, have things ‘figured out’ or wade through superficial chat. Just a gentle voice‑note check‑in each week.

Real Connection

These are other mum’s who get it. They’re here because they want to deeply connect and create The Village we all hear so much about (but often sorely lack).

Low cost, low pressure

Motherhood can mean having less time and money. Which is why this is a voice note space, so you can share when it suits you, and is low cost with the first month free. And, you can cancel at any time.

“The space created is very rare and precious. The topics were exactly what I needed to talk about as a new (second time) mom and felt easy and comfortable to share with all the woman present. It was my first experience and I would redo it again and again!”

-Gabi, The Mama Circle participant

Becoming a first-time mum has been a huge privilege but I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been challenging as f*ck. Like many pregnant women, I devoured podcasts and books, yet none truly prepared me for what it actually felt like. The contradictions, the changes, the simultaneous fulfilment and loss.

I’m dedicated to creating spaces that are authentic, with people who ‘get it’. Without judgement and without shame.

I am not perfect - I make mistakes every day. But I can offer real tools and a calm hand to those who are drowning, exactly as I wish someone had done and would do for me when I need it most.

The work we do as mums is so big and so important, and you deserve to feel supported. I can’t wait to welcome you in.

Hey Lovely, I’m Nat.
