Speaking

I’m available for podcasts, panels and speaking events about modern motherhood, identity, relationships and what I call The Motherhood Debt.

Hi, I’m Nat. I host The Mama Circle Podcast, where I explore the lived realities of modern motherhood.

After becoming a mum, I started noticing patterns in my own life and in conversations with other mums. That’s where the idea of The Motherhood Debt came from: the hidden costs we pay once we become mothers.

I talk about these patterns so women can recognise themselves in the conversation and realise they’re not alone, and they’re not failing at motherhood.

Conversations I love having:

  • The Motherhood Debt
Why modern motherhood often costs more than we were prepared for.

  • Motherhood as a life transition
What actually changes when you become a mother.

  • Relationships after children
Why so many couples struggle in the early years of parenting.

  • Invisible labour and the modern village
Why so many mothers feel like they’re carrying everything.

  • The financial reality of motherhood
The economic pressures and financial trade-offs many mothers face.

About The Mama Circle Podcast

The Mama Circle Podcast explores what it actually feels like to be a mum in the modern world.

The identity shifts, relationship strain, resentment, exhaustion, the joy, and all the other ways motherhood reshapes a woman’s life.

The goal isn’t to fix motherhood, but to name the feelings so many mothers experience but rarely hear spoken about.

About Me

Before creating The Mama Circle, I spent years teaching about women’s wellbeing through the lens of the menstrual cycle online, in workshops, retreats and podcasts.

I’m also the author of bestselling women’s fiction novels exploring love and relationships.

Now my focus is on motherhood.
